This temple dates from 1168 and totally rules. We
visited on a dreary, wet day and it was
still a drop dead gorgeous spot.
This is not a bush, it's a bonsai tree that has been trained for TWO HUNDRED
YEARS to grow horizontally.
They have a major tide at Miyajima, this picture was taken four hours after the
first one above.
