Membership Form

To become a member, simply copy the following form, paste it into an email; fill in the information; and send it to Karl@Widerquist.com. You will receive an email asking you to confirm your membership. Members are entitled to have their names listed in the USBIG membership list, to participate in the yearly general meeting, and to receive the USBIG Newsletter (although it is not necessary to be a member to receive the newsletter). If you don't want your name listed on the website, please note that in your application. None of the other information will be listed or shared. Once you become a member please keep us updated when your contact information changes; your membership expires when your contact information expires.
